A few years ago there was this string of fires in Colchester. It destroyed the old fabric Mill and a I think a few other buildings. Anyway, my friend Tom Perry thought the slogan for Colchester should be changed from what ever it is now to "Colchester, we're on fire". Unfortunatly no one shared this opinion and the slogan stayed as is.
Today a church totally blew up in Colchester. The place was leveled and it is a big story. I now live in Marlborough and have yet to see it, but I hear it is quite a zoo in town. The story somehow even went national and CNN reported on it. Just goes to prove that Colchester is on Fire!
