Since we will be starting to record our album in the next few weeks, I took the last few days to clear some hard drive space on the "TCH Laptop of Love". In the process I was able to put together a decent archive of the Heston live discs and some of the early failed demo recordings (and some of the "let's pretend we never recorded this" pre-Nick stuff).
I did come across 1 interesting disc when I was doing this. It was an unmarked disc that turned out to be the rehearsal tape we recorded leading up to our first show. It was one of the most god awful things I've ever heard! After listening to the "Faster than Time" I pulled the disc out and threw it in the trash (though now I mildly regret doing this because this was the only recording of the fabled "Joe's Mom's Cookies", oh well).
It's amazing how far we have come in the last few months. We have gone from sucking real bad to only sucking less bad. Maybe in another year will begin to only marginally suck, YEA!!
